Our electronic system is your assurance that B2B WEEE producer responsibly is carried out efficiently and economically.

Our standard software features on-line ordering , WEEE evidence reporting and account administration. The system, based on firm ISO 9000 principals, provides a traceable audit path from the moment of receiving a valid return request to the automated delivery of final evidence at process end.

Additional options can be added to the standard system to provide a fully customised on-line EEE take back service hooked into our main ordering system.

On line Administration The standard administration system provides a centralised area to order services, review operations, download evidence and access billing information. All salient information from initial take back request to final invoice is accessible on an individual operation basis. This service is provided free to both Producer Compliance Schemes and Producers.

On line Administration Plus

Our 'Plus' service is designed to offer Schemes and producers advanced reporting information and facilitate information exchange. The principal behind Plus is the grouping of data into logical subsets, although simple in concept this powerful tool helps streamline EEE management and save hours of thankless administration.

Example - A Producer Compliance scheme ordering 10 operations per week for 4 individual producers would generate 520 individual audit trails over a 12 month period using the standard administration system.

Plus management automatically groups all 520 operations into just 5 condensed views, producer A, B, C & D and the scheme itself. Data can viewed by week, month or compliance period. Plus Management saves your resources as the reports are already pre-compiled and accessible.

Producer plus features a comprehensive set of dynamic reports that assist producers manage their regulation 9 obligations and provide required information back to their Compliance Scheme.

In addition, Plus management provides vital intelligence that help make sense of the the real impact of the WEEE Regulations. Seasonal & techonologic trends, the ratio between ‘placed on the market’ to actual return along with 'hidden' information are revealed which assist in planning a long term EEE return strategy.

PCS plus includes all the features of Producer Plus but with additional facilities to help a scheme manage regulation 23 obligations, monitor individual B2B members and overall scheme compliance. Aside from providing evidence of compliance, the system also supplies additional information designed to assist a scheme during an Environment Agency audit.

An xml solution based on common schema conventions established by the Enviroment Agency Producer Scheme member registration system.
Provision of a data source to run direct SQL queries to extract and import data. Ultra secure SSH access.
Information transfer via automated upload of Excel , text and CSV formats, supported by 'intelligent' on-line forms.

During the first compliance period, data exchange facilities will develop in tandem with the release of EA Producer Compliance Scheme modules.

On line WEEE Take back module

In its simplest form, this module is a secure on-line B2B WEEE return facility which triggers a collection and treatment process carried to a pre-agreed SLA and costing. The form may be stylised and branded to most requirement.

Access to the take back system is extremely flexible and can be configured:

Single PCS: Arrange return for individual members
Dedicated single producer take back system
Restricted group access: Producers, distributors, PCS
Return service available to the end-user
