Aside from this we do not send unsolicited emails or use/include your data on any form of mailing list.

We respect sensitive information however stored and treat it lawfully. Information held from third parties by us is only used in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

All information held by us about our clients in electronic format is stored on a password protected computer running industry standard server software. Reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure that our network is secure from unauthorised external access.

We do not use cookies in the public areas of our Web site. We do not attempt to automatically place/retrieve any information on/from your computer. The Client Area does use a cookie to facilitate site log on procedure. This cookie may be rejected by a user if they wish, however re-entry of both Username and Password will be necessary every time to access our secure area.
